2. Activity
WePrint3D provides custom 3D design and made-to-order additive manufacturing (3D printing) services and sells the resulting physical models to consumers and businesses. Orders are agreed individually by quote. This website does not process payments and does not host a checkout; payment is made by bank transfer to the account shown on your quote.

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus.
4. Intellectual property
The layout, text, photographs and graphics on this website belong to WePrint3D unless stated otherwise, and may not be reproduced without written permission. Models supplied by customers remain the property of their respective rights holders.
By sending us a design you confirm that you own the rights to it, or that you are otherwise entitled to have it reproduced. WePrint3D operates as a made-to-order manufacturing service and produces work to customer briefs; responsibility for clearing rights in a supplied design rests with the customer. We reserve the right to decline and refund any request at our discretion.
If you are a rights holder and believe that material shown on this site affects your rights, write to info@weprint3d.com and we will review and respond promptly.
5. Accuracy
Product photographs show previous work and are illustrative. Because every model is hand finished, small variations in colour and finish between the photograph and your item are normal and are not a defect.
6. Applicable law and complaints
This website and any contract formed through it are governed by Portuguese law, and Portuguese courts have jurisdiction. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their own country of residence.
If you have a complaint, write to info@weprint3d.com first — we aim to reply within 5 business days.
Under Article 18 of Portuguese Law 144/2015, consumers may refer a dispute to the competent alternative dispute resolution body: Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Vale do Ave / Tribunal Arbitral (CACCVA), Rua Capitão Alfredo Guimarães 1, 4800-019 Guimarães — www.triave.pt. Note on the EU ODR platform: the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform was permanently discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) 524/2013. Traders are no longer required to link to it, and links to it must be removed. That is why no such link appears on this site.
