How it works
From an idea to a finished model
The whole process, including what we need from you and what you can change at each stage.
Send the idea
A 3D file, a photo, a sketch or a description in a message. If you have nothing drawn yet, describe it — that is enough to start.
Get a fixed quote
We confirm size, material, finishing and lead time, then send one price. Nothing is printed and nothing is paid until you approve it.
We print and finish
Printing, clean-up, assembly and hand painting. You get progress photos before the model is packed.
Packed and shipped
Protective packaging, tracked shipping, and a tracking number the day it leaves the workshop.
What we need
What to send with your request
A 3D file, if you have one
STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP. If it is not watertight we repair it before printing and tell you what changed.
Or references
Photos, drawings, screenshots or a written description. We model from references when there is no file.
Target size
Height in centimetres matters more than anything else — it drives the pack, the price and the lead time.
Colours and finish
Raw print, primed, or fully hand painted. Tell us if it is going on a shelf or being handled.
Deadline
If it is a gift with a date, say so up front so we can tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Delivery country
Needed for the shipping quote and the delivery estimate.
Materials
What we print with
PLA
Rigid and stable. Good for display pieces and clean geometry that will not be handled roughly.
PLA+
Tougher and less brittle. The default for larger models, moving parts and anything shipped far.
Resin elements
Used for faces, insignia and small detail parts where layer lines would be visible.
What we will not print. Functional weapons or weapon parts, and anything designed to defeat safety or security systems. If a request falls into either of these, we say so and refund anything already paid. For everything else, you confirm you are entitled to have the design reproduced — see the terms.
