After you approve the quote and before production starts. Nothing is charged while you are still deciding.

Small changes are usually fine before printing begins. Once a model is on the plate, changes mean reprinting and are quoted again. We always send progress photos before packing.

You can cancel free of charge until production starts. After that, because the item is made to your specification, cancellation is not possible — see the refund & return policy for the full explanation and for what happens if an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. Damaged or faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you.

Worldwide, with tracking on every order. Costs and delivery windows by destination are in the shipping policy. Customs duties outside the EU are the buyer’s responsibility.
